1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of consumable health supplements, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Incorrect product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear images of the product and packaging
3. Replacement Process
- After verification, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Delay caused by courier services
- Product taste, preference, or perceived results
