1. Order Cancellation 

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Returns & Refunds 

Due to the nature of consumable health supplements, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.

Refunds or replacements are applicable only under the following conditions: 

  • Product received is damaged
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with: 

  • Order ID
  • Clear images of the product and packaging

3. Replacement Process 

  •  After verification, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 

4. Non-Refundable Situations 

Refunds will not be issued for: 

  • Change of mind 
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer 
  • Delay caused by courier services 
  • Product taste, preference, or perceived results
